Copl is the app that handles the logistics so you can take care of each other.
Calendar, family, plans, budget - all the practical stuff. Plus room for what actually keeps a relationship alive: appreciation, closeness, small moments.
Just between the two of you, completely private.
5.0 on the App Store · Free · No ads
It's the most common question, and you don't have to solve it first. Copl works from day one even if you are the only one who downloaded it. You set up the calendar, the lists and the meal planning exactly how you want them, and use the app as your own for as long as you like.
The day your partner joins, everything you have added becomes shared without you redoing a thing. Until then a few parts sit waiting - chat, Our relationship and Agreements are built on there being two of you. The rest works right away.
And if it never happens, you have lost nothing. The app is free, you can delete your account yourself from settings, and your data leaves with you.

A really good app for your relationship and family life. It has clearly reduced needless friction in everyday life.
A SMOOTH and SIMPLE app that makes life enormously easier. At last we have all our planning in one and the same place.
My partner and I recently had a baby, and combining that with a lot of work and training is not easy for me without forgetting all sorts of small things…

No fluff. Here is how it works.
The key is created on your phones and never leaves them. If anyone demanded your data, all we could hand over is encrypted text we cannot read ourselves.
The practical parts are unencrypted on purpose: they have to be searchable, remindable and shown in a calendar. We don't read them, but we could.
Data stored in Sweden. No ads, no trackers, no selling of data. Read the full privacy policy
No. Calendar events, to-dos and shopping lists can be marked private and only you see them. The training module is yours alone - workouts, weight and measurements are never shared. And in Closeness neither of you sees the other's answer; only what you both said yes to shows up.
And when you invite your partner, you first get to see exactly what they will be able to see, before the invite goes out, and untick anything you want to keep to yourself.
You end the relationship in the app, and you then choose what should happen to what you wrote yourself. We do not touch what your partner wrote, and they get the same choice for their part. If you choose deletion it happens after 30 days and can be undone until then.
You stay in the app as a single user and can start over right away. If you would rather leave entirely, delete your account in settings. What is encrypted we cannot read - not before, not after.
Nothing today. Copl is free and carries no ads. If we ever charge, we will say so well in advance, and what you have already added stays.
Not yet. Copl is on iPhone and iPad. Android is on the way.
Home Today and the week ahead, in one place.
This week's dinners are planned by the time Monday comes. The shopping list is already in your pocket when you're at the store. The reminder about her mum's birthday shows up in good time. And the kind things you think about each other during the week - there's room for those too. All the practical stuff in one place, so you have time and attention left for what matters most: each other.
Thirteen modules - all the practical stuff, plus what keeps you close.
A shared chat for text, photos and short clips - private and lockable.
Read moreShow lessA shared chat for text, photos and short video clips. Send photos and clips as "view once" - they disappear once the recipient has opened them, with the option to ask to see them again. Lock the chat with PIN or Face ID, choose auto-deletion of history, search through old messages, and edit or delete what you have sent.
Suggestions as you write. Write "picking Alva up at 5.30" or "spent 350 on food" and the chat offers to add it as a reminder or an expense. One tap and it is done. The recognition happens on your phone - no message is sent anywhere for it to work.
Threads and a shared draft. Discuss a to-do or an event in its own thread, so the conversation stays with the thing instead of scrolling away. And if you need to write a message to someone else together, the school for instance, there is a shared draft you both watch take shape in real time.
Every event in one place, synced for you both - with export to your phone's calendar.
Read moreShow lessAll events in one place - pickups, doctor visits, free evenings, work trips. Set up recurring events and they land in the calendar automatically. Notifications appear for both of you at the same time. Mark events private if you want something just for yourself. Export the calendar to your phone and on to Outlook, Google or iCloud - private events are always kept out. Week numbers are shown in every view.
Shared lists in real time - assign, check off and break down bigger tasks.
Read moreShow lessShared lists you both see in real time. Assign tasks to yourself, your partner or "whoever gets to it first". Check off with a tap - your partner sees instantly that it's done. Great for everything from pickups and bookings to "call the insurance company about the car". Break bigger tasks into subtasks - turn e.g. "Plan the 40th birthday" into an activity with a checklist.
Several lists at once that you both see and check off in the store.
Read moreShow lessCreate parallel lists - weekly groceries, a new thing for the home, Christmas gifts, the summer holiday. Add items from any device, check them off in the store. Archive finished lists. You both see the same lists, always.
Let AI fill the list. Type "tacos for four" or paste a recipe link, and Copl suggests the items. Same in the to-do list: describe what you're doing and get the sub-tasks. Only what you write yourself is sent off - never your lists, and never anything about your relationship. Don't want to use it? Write the list as usual.
Everything about the kids and the household - homework, times, sizes and codes.
Read moreShow lessA page per person with everything that concerns them. Homework, the gym bag and anything else due by a date, plus upcoming times from the calendar - practice on Tuesdays, the parent-teacher meeting. If it has a time it belongs in the calendar and can repeat weekly; if it needs to be done by a date it lives here.
The same page holds facts about the person in their own boxes: shoe size, clothing size, allergies, doctor contacts, codes and name day. No more digging through email before every shopping run. Pets count - a vaccination is the same kind of thing as homework.
Shared info. Things not tied to one person - the wifi password, home insurance, the family doctor - in boxes you name yourselves. Notes and fact values are end-to-end encrypted.
Plan the week's dinners, save recipes and auto-build a shopping list.
Read moreShow lessPlan the week's dinners in advance and assign who cooks which day. Save good dishes under "Our recipes" and add them to a future week's plan with one tap - pick the day. Mark a dish as needing shopping and a shopping list is created automatically. Week numbers and "copy last week" are included too.
Out of ideas? The meal assistant lives inside the module. It can suggest a dish, write the recipe, or plan the whole week for you - and you can ask for changes until it feels right.
Short thank-yous to each other, and a book you leaf through together.
Read moreShow lessSend a short line about something you are grateful for. The other one gets it as a notification, can answer with a reaction and keep the ones you want to remember.
Our book. The saved appreciations are collected into a book you leaf through, one appreciation per page, with month and year. Something to come back to on a day when you need it.
Three assistants that help out - without seeing anything in the app.
Read moreShow lessThe meal assistant. Ask what to eat. Ask for a recipe, or for a whole week of dinners at once. Not happy with it? Just say so: swap Wednesday, vegetarian only, something quicker on Friday. When the week feels right you add it to the meal plan with one tap, and can create a shopping list for all of the dishes.
The list helper. Describe what needs buying or doing and the rows are suggested for you. Paste a recipe link or photograph a recipe from a cookbook, and the ingredients become a shopping list.
The training assistant. Describe how you want to train and get a plan built from real exercises in the app catalogue, connected to your own weight curve.
And the important part: the assistants never see anything in the app. Not your meal plan, not your lists, not the chat, nothing about your relationship. Only what you type in the box is sent.
Read the full AI policy - exactly what is sent, and what never is.
Build your program, run sessions in the app and track your progression.
Read moreShow lessBuild your own program - choose how many sessions a week and fill each one with exercises from the exercise bank, or let Copl generate a ready-made split for you. Run the session in the app and log sets, reps and weight; you see what you lifted last time so progression is clear. Animated exercise guides show how each movement is performed. Set individual weekly goals, follow streaks and see what share of weeks you hit your goal - plus a monthly reflection.
Go back to a logged workout and edit it afterwards. Under My progress you see your estimated max strength per exercise grow over time in a graph, with a personal-record list and a trend. Under Body and progress you can enter weight and height and follow the curve, entirely optional. And set a challenge over a period with your own sub-goals - the app shows whether you are ahead of or behind plan, not just whether you're done.
Your training is yours alone. Your workouts, your weight and your measurements are yours only - never shared, unlike the rest of the app. The one thing that can leave the module is a goal period you choose to share: your partner then sees the period name, your goal titles and how far along you are in percent. Never the numbers behind them. You can stop sharing whenever you want.
Build the household budget together with clear status and trend.
Read moreShow lessBuild your household budget together - income, fixed expenses, savings goals. A colour-coded status shows instantly whether the budget is balanced, has money left to allocate or is over budget. Monthly snapshots give a trend over time.
Write down what you've agreed on - visible to you both.
Read moreShow lessWrite down what you've agreed on - the split of household chores, screen-time rules, what applies on holidays, how you handle money. Clear and visible to both so it isn't forgotten or distorted over time.
A shared place for thoughts, lists and ideas, always in sync.
Read moreShow lessA shared place for your thoughts, lists and ideas - what to buy for the party, name suggestions, things to fix around the house, anything that doesn't fit in a calendar or to-do. Write together, always in sync between you.
Everything that keeps you close: pulse, mood, appreciation, questions and closeness.
Read moreShow lessEverything about the two of you, gathered in one place. Every part is optional - use the ones you want and leave the rest.
Pulse. How are you right now - honeymoon, stable, a bit sluggish or stormy waters? Answer the questions of the week and get a temperature on the relationship, with a trend graph over time. If something is running low you get a concrete suggestion back, booking a date for instance, and can put it straight into the calendar.
Mood today. One tap a day on how you are doing. If your partner has had a heavy day the app suggests you reach out - and gives you the button that does it.
Appreciate. Short notes of gratitude to each other, with reactions and a book you leaf through together.
Questions. A new question every week. You answer separately, and the answers are only revealed to each other once you have both replied - so neither of you is swayed by the other.
Closeness. Completely optional and can be PIN-locked. Send spontaneous wishes - a hug, a kiss, a date night, a movie night - and take them back if you change your mind. Set a shared goal for closeness, log your moments and follow your rhythm over time.
The match game. You swipe separately on the same cards. Only what you both said yes to becomes a match - the other one never sees the rest. Write your own cards if you like.
Everything in Our relationship is end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read it, and Closeness can also be hidden entirely from the home screen with discreet mode.
Scheduled reminders for yourself or for your partner.
Read moreShow lessSet a date and time for something you must not forget - "the dentist on Thursday", "buy flowers for mum". Choose whether the reminder is private or shared with your partner. It arrives when it's needed, without interrupting right now.
